Richard started Brixton Commercial Real Estate in 1992. He has built a firm which today is recognized as one of the premier brokerages in Ontario. My philosophy is to develop a relationship with my clients, earn their confidence and trust and concentrate my efforts in focusing on deals they can be successful with as opposed to merely being a transaction driven broker.
